At Embodied Ocean Freediving we offer training opportunities for certified freedivers of all levels and from different agencies.

ONE ON ONE COACHED SESSION
The instructor will develop the session (depth, dynamic, relaxation, equalization, ect) to your needs: Prep-talk, training design, immediate feedback during the session and debriefing after the session. Your session will be taped on video and one of your dives analysed in detail after the session over a coffee.
In this session you don`t need to buddy, you can fully focus on your own dives.

COST: $ 100 per hour.
